Quick Help
- Check that the power cable is plugged into a power socket.
- Also make sure the other end is plugged into Artome.
- Press the power button on Artome button panel.
- Plug the HDMI cable into your computer.
- Also make sure the far end of the HDMI cable is plugged into Artome .
- Press the source button on Artome button panel.
- Check your computer display settings.
- Adjust the volume by pressing the volume + button on Artome button panel.
- Select Epson PJ as sound output on your computer.
- Check that audio is not muted on your computer.
- Check that audio is not muted in the application you’re using.
- Make sure the microphone cord / wireless receiver is connected to Artome MIC port.
- Make sure the wireless transmitter and wireless receiver are turned on.
- Make sure the manual gain knob is not set to ∞ infinity.
- Make sure the microphone is not muted.
- Camera connections are only available for Artome M10 and Artome X20
- Check that the USB cable is connected to your computer.
- Also make sure the far end of the cable is connected to Artome.
- Check if there’s any status LED in the camera indicating power.
- Make sure the USB cable is connected between the camera and Artome.
- Make sure you have selected the right camera in your video conferencing app.
- Camera connections are only available for Artome M10 and Artome X20
- Navigate to video conferencing app settings on your computer.
- If you’re using a handheld or a wireless microphone:
- Select Artome Hybridock as input device.
- In case you’re using a videobar, speakerphone or camera microphone:
- Look for input devices named after the device manufacturer.
